Do I need to install anything?
No. DD Hub works in your phone's browser, on Android and iPhone. You can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.
Can my staff see it?
Anyone with your private link can open your Hub, including private messages from customers. Share it only with people you trust and keep it safe. If it gets shared by mistake, tell us and we'll change the link.
Where do the numbers come from?
Your Google rating and review count come from Google and are checked every morning. Website visits, call taps, WhatsApp taps and enquiries come from a small cookie-free counter on your website. Ad results and cost per lead come from the report we add every week.
